More information creates better attempts
For a difficult serve, tell us what has already happened. Prior attempt dates and times, vehicle descriptions, work schedules, gate or camera activity, apartment access, known routines, alternate addresses, photographs and identifying details can all help plan later attempts more intelligently.
We do not assume that a person is intentionally evading service merely because a door was not answered. Field notes focus on observable facts: vehicles present, lights or sounds, camera activity, persons contacted, business status, access conditions and other relevant circumstances.
When a stakeout may be useful
A stakeout can make sense when brief door-knock attempts are unlikely to catch the person, when there is a narrow known arrival or departure window, or when multiple documented attempts indicate that longer observation may be more efficient than repeated short visits.
- Provide known vehicle information and likely schedules
- Tell us about prior attempts and what was observed
- Include a photograph or physical description when available
- Identify any safety, gate, security or access concerns
Is stakeout pricing different?
Yes. Stakeout work is time-based rather than a standard flat-rate attempt package. Contact Foxie Legal before ordering so the requested observation window can be discussed.
Do you provide declarations of diligence?
When appropriate, documented attempt information can be used to prepare a declaration describing the actual service efforts performed.
