Careful handling for sensitive family law matters
Family law service packets can contain multiple forms and attached orders, and the exact documents matter. Upload the complete packet and list every document that needs to be served. Include the respondent’s full name, the best available residential or workplace address, and any hearing date or deadline that affects timing.
For urgent matters, choose Rush or Same Day service when appropriate. Same Day service is subject to the residential and business cutoff times shown on the order page.
Common family law assignments
- Petitions, summonses and responses
- Custody and support documents
- Requests for orders and hearing papers
- Restraining-order packets and related documents
- Other family court documents requiring service
What information should I provide?
Provide the complete service packet, the servee’s name and address, any known physical or workplace details that help identify the person, and the hearing or service deadline if one exists.
Will you tell me what forms are legally required?
We can work from the documents and service instructions supplied, but we do not provide legal advice. If you are unsure what the court requires, confirm the packet with the court or your attorney before placing the order.
